I'm proud to continue the momentum the team has had since the start of the season. We had a plan for this stage: to be at the front early in the final, on the left side of the peloton, to allow us to deploy our train. We executed it perfectly right to the finish, which doesn't happen often in cycling. It's a really special day for me because it's a great achievement to win against such strong sprinters. Reassuring news from Daan Hoole on Paris-Nice
After falling during the fourth stage of Paris-Nice, Daan was able to rejoin his teammates after a quick visit to the hospital. He suffered a broken little finger on his left hand and abrasions on his left hip.
