The processing of personal data carried out from this website (hereinafter the "Site") is operated by SAS Decathlon Cycling Team, the data controller, whose registered office is located at: 604 rue Denis Papin, 73290 La Motte-Servolex.
Decathlon Cycling Team is a subsidiary of the DECATHLON Group.

Your personal data is collected and processed by Decathlon Cycling Team, on the basis of the performance of the contract, for the following purposes:

– delivery of the product ordered on the Website.
– registration with the supporters' club,
– participation in a competition,

Your data is also processed for commercial prospecting purposes, including by electronic means in accordance with the applicable regulations.
2. What personal data do we process?
The personal data processed are necessary for the above-mentioned purposes. This data consists of the following: name, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and bank details. If you do not fill in the required fields in the form, your registration request cannot be processed.

Your data is transmitted to the departments responsible for the Website within Decathlon Cycling Team and its subcontractors involved in achieving the stated purposes (hosting: OVH; development/graphic design: KBLB).

The data is kept for 2 years from the last contact with you. Data used for prospecting and commercial information purposes are kept for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact with our services.
