Nicolas Prodhomme
"The best reward of all
"It's a first win for me, it's just huge, I've been waiting for it for a long time. Sharing this with Paul is great, we were able to enjoy the last kilometer together. When I saw that the two of us were tipping over, I told myself that we weren't taking any risks on the descent and, on the flat, I knew that the collaboration would be perfect. With all the work I've put in for the team, finishing the week like this is the best reward of all. I've had very few opportunities like this in my career, and given Paul's (Seixas) talent, I'm sure I'll be able to return the favor in the future - it was only natural."
Sébastien Joly
"This double rewarded the team's hard work".
"We had ambitions this week, for a stage victory and in the general classification. Today, we're going for a double. A victory achieved through an offensive strategy, which was risky because we knew that Felix (Gall) would find himself isolated, but we had to give ourselves the chance to have Nicolas (Prodhomme) and Paul (Seixas) at the front. As for the overall classification, we had high ambitions with Felix and Paul, who proved they were among the best this week. Objectively, we came up against stronger opponents. Felix's fifth place and this double victory reward the work of the team, both the riders the staff, who worked hard for this success all week. We are returning from this Tour Alps with great satisfaction."
