“It was a great team effort that helped Olav win today. There were four riders s in the breakaway, so we had to work hard to catch up to them. We started setting the pace with Alexis (Bouteloup) and then with Gianluca (Pollefliet). We entered the final circuit 35 seconds behind with 20 km to go. It all came down to the final tour, where the team took control in the last 4.5 kilometers with Noa (Isidore) and then Robbe (Ghys), who pulled a very long turn to keep us at the front of the peloton. The finish was perfect, with the entire team working together in the final kilometer. The whole team put in an exceptional performance, and Olav finished it off perfectly.”
