"Supporting young riders their recruitment as juniors to the highest international level"

"Professional cycling is changing, and we felt it was essential to modify our approach by developing a training program that is fully integrated into our structure. This will enable us to attract and recruit the best talent so that we can continue to be one of the world's top teams. Our goal is to optimize their training, provide them with better support, and thus further secure their career paths. To do this, we need to control the entire training process and draw on the expertise of the team to support young riders their recruitment as juniors to the highest level worldwide. From 2024, we will create a continental team and fully integrate our junior team, which is already achieving exceptional results."
