Stan Dewulf: «Happy with my condition»

«The Tour de Wallonie was my comeback race; I hadn't raced since 20 June at the Belgian Championships. I was able to do a training camp lasting more than three weeks in Livigno (Italy), and I didn't expect to be in such good shape after such a long period of training. I finished the Tour de Wallonie 4 seconds behind the winner, which is both a lot and a little! Perhaps I needed a more difficult stage to try something, but that's how it is. It's motivating for the rest of the season. I'm going to take part in the Arctic Race of Norway (5-8 August) before the Vuelta a Espana (14/08-05/09). This will be my second time participating in a three-week event. I hope it will help me to be in good shape for the end-of-season events, particularly Paris-Roubaix.’[/su_quote]
