«It was a good day. My legs were working well and the guys really supported me to get the best result possible. It was quite windy, which meant I couldn't ride aggressively enough to make a difference. I made a mistake in the final but I was also a bit stuck, which may have prevented me from achieving an even better result. I'm a little disappointed on the one hand, but I'm also fully prepared for tomorrow's time trial.
