« A springboard for tomorrow's champions »
«Identifying and training young talent has been a key commitment for AG2R LA MONDIALE for over 20 years. In 2023, we wanted to fully integrate the training programme into the heart of the team by creating NewGen, a programme of excellence to further strengthen our support for the younger generation. At the heart of the team's sporting strategy, it is already enabling young riders to reveal their potential and gain access to the elite of professional cycling. This is a real source of pride for our Group.»

«I am delighted to announce that the team will be strengthened by the arrival of new riders from NewGen, a pillar of our strategic vision. Our scouting and training efforts have enabled us to identify and train five riders with different profiles who meet the highest international standards. They are Léo Bisiaux, Oscar Chamberlain, Noa Isidore, Rasmus Søjberg Pedersen and Paul Seixas. We are delighted to be able to develop them within our structure and to realise our project of training and supporting young riders.»

Leo Bisiaux
«I can't wait to start my first season in the WorldTour.»
«I am delighted to be joining the WorldTour team. It's a new step forward and I am thrilled to be continuing with DECATHLON AG2R LA MONDIALE. I have progressed through all the levels of the team, which has believed in me from the start, and I have climbed the ranks one by one. So I'm very happy to be part of the team's project. Since I've been in the junior category, I've got to know the staff and everyone on the team, and everything is going very well. So it's enjoyable and I can't wait to start my first season in the WorldTour.»
Oscar Chamberlain
«This is a reward for all the work I've done.»
«Climbing to the WorldTour level has been one of my goals since I started cycling. So this is a very special moment for me, rewarding all the hard work I've put in, as well as the people around me, to make this dream a reality. I'm very excited about the future. I think the team will allow me to develop my skills both on and off the bike.»
Noa Isidore
«It's been my dream since I was a child.»
«It's been my dream for many years, and achieving it is truly a great satisfaction. The level will be even higher and I will have to improve further, but I know that the team will support me in this. This relationship of trust is important to me, it reassures me and allows me to perform at my best. It is this team that has helped me grow as a rider and as a man, so it was important to me to stay here.»
Rasmus Søjberg Pedersen
«The team provided me with the environment and tools to make this dream a reality.»
«Joining the WorldTour is synonymous with confidence. I started cycling with the dream of becoming a professional, and I've been given the environment and tools to make that dream a reality. Next year will be about gaining experience for me. I still have a lot to learn, but there are many experienced riders in the team who I will be able to rely on. The team is growing rapidly, the equipment is top-notch and the approach is professional, so the future looks bright.»
Paul Seixas
«The team has offered me an incredible project.»
«I chose to remain loyal to the team because I've always liked the project, and since I joined the junior category, there has always been a good atmosphere and superb organisation. I wanted to continue the experience with the team, this time at WorldTour level. It's important for me to remain loyal to the team that trained me. The team has offered me an incredible project, and I couldn't pass it up. It's a childhood dream come true. It's a special feeling to be joining the WorldTour, especially at the age of 18. It's a sign of confidence, and I'm very happy about it.»
