«There aren't many prologues during the year, and this one, which was very punchy, suited me well. There are turns and a hill. It was a long day, but it ended well. I took risks and gave it my all. At the bottom of the hill, I knew I was in the running. My earpiece broke, so I had to manage my effort on my own, but everything went well. It's a morale booster because I had to abandon the Four Days of Dunkirk. I had no strength left and for ten days I was riding at junior level. Tomorrow, the conditions are set to be hellish, but as we have a good team of «Flahutes» lined up, we're going to fight to try and keep the jersey.«[/su_quote]
