Dorian Godon: «A tremendous effort by the team»

«It's the kind of day when it feels easy because the team does such a tremendous job. I was supported and protected all day long.
Nans Peters rode at the front for 90 kilometres, I was carried along in the sprint like rarely before by the whole team and I just had to finish the job. Everything happened naturally, without us having to say anything to each other. We deserved to share the Comté cheese I won. Three victories this season, my first Tour de France. It's been a great year and I want to keep up the momentum. I'm going to take a few days off because I feel that some days are harder than others, and I'm going to prepare for the Grand Prix de Wallonie (15 September) where we'll have another great team.»[/su_quote]

Greg Van Avermaet finishes eighth at the top of the Grammont wall

Greg Van Avermaet finished eighth in the seventh and final stage of the Benelux Tour, which ended at the top of the Mur de Grammont.
«I'm really happy with this top 10 finish after so many weeks without any convincing results. I feel like my form is coming back, which is really good news. I wasn't too bad on Saturday. I just couldn't catch up with the right group. Today, with my experience and knowledge of the course, I knew I could put in a good performance. I managed to sprint well. I can now build towards the end of the season,» said Greg Van Avermaet.
