Two sporting directors will join the team from the 2026 season onwards: Mark Renshaw, for the sprint project, and Heinrich Haussler, for the classic project. The team is delighted to welcome these two outstanding recruits, whose experience will enrich its coaching staff.
Sébastien Joly
«The arrival of Mark Renshaw and Heinrich Haussler is in line with the team's vision for sporting and international development. These two new sports directors balance the dynamic between the French culture of the team and the Anglo-Saxon riders and staff members. Mark Renshaw will be dedicated to the sprint project, thanks to his experience as a lead-out man and his successes as a sports director. Heinrich Haussler will form an excellent team with Luke Rowe and Julien Jurdie for the classics: his genuine passion for these races will be a real asset. These are two professionals who have accompanied the recent evolution of cycling. Their profiles represent a perfect balance between experience as riders and experience as sports directors, with modern working methods. We are very happy to welcome them to the team.»
Mark Renshaw
«I started my professional racing career with a French team, so coming back to France really feels like completing a cycle. Working with some of the best sprinters in the peloton, with the goal of winning races at the highest level, is extremely motivating as a sports director. The whole project is focused on performance, and the presence of a dedicated sprint train was the key factor that convinced me to join the team. It's very motivating to be able to build something exceptional for the coming seasons.»
Heinrich Haussler
«I am really looking forward to joining the sports management team. The team will continue to progress and the project for the coming years is very ambitious, so I am delighted to be part of it. I want to bring my experience as a rider and sports director to pass on to the younger generation. I am eager to learn how the team works and to advise the riders based on my experience in the classics.»
