Luke Roberts
«I want to bring out the best in everyone.»
«After nine years as sporting director at DSM, where I had the opportunity to work with great leaders, I was eager to take on new challenges, and the project with the team suits me perfectly. The team has a great history with Australian riders, and with two Australians in the WorldTour team and one in the NewGen team, it's an ideal place to thrive and develop. My philosophy as a sporting director is to never measure success solely by results. I want to get the best out of everyone I work with, and I am convinced that the results will follow naturally. »

«Luke will bring his professionalism and people skills to the team.»
«We are delighted to welcome Luke Roberts as sporting director. With the evolution of the team and the internationalisation project, it was only natural to turn to an experienced, English-speaking sporting director. Luke will lead the team in the Giro d'Italia with the aim of working with our leaders and winning stages. We chose Luke because he is a man of experience: he has achieved his goals with DSM, both in stages and in the general classification. He has a global vision and will bring his professionalism and human qualities to the team, just like a road captain.»
