Andrea Vendrame
«A great team victory»
«We thought that the breakaway Noa (Isidore) was in would be victorious. When the peloton caught up in the final, we had to put in a big effort to contest the sprint with Paul (Lapeira). I started from far back, so it's great to finish 1st and 2nd. During this last stage, we tried to shake up the overall classification, but our opponents held their ground. We leave the Tour du Limousin with two stage victories, which is a good result. It's also my second victory of the season with the team, so I'm very happy and I hope to have the opportunity to win again before the end of the year.»
