Our aim is to optimise their training, provide them with better support and thus give them greater career security. To do this, we need to control the entire training process and draw on the expertise of the team to support young riders from their recruitment as juniors to the highest level worldwide. From 2024, we will create a continental team and fully integrate our junior team, which is already achieving exceptional results.»
