Decathlon Cycling Team is a subsidiary of the DECATHLON Group.

Your personal data is collected and processed by Decathlon Cycling Team, on the basis of the performance of the contract, for the following purposes:

– delivery of the product ordered on the Website.
– membership of the supporters' club
– participation in a competition,

Your data is also processed for commercial prospecting purposes, including by electronic means in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. What personal data do we process?
The personal data processed is necessary for the aforementioned purposes. This includes the following data: surname, first name, postal address, email address, telephone number and bank details. If the mandatory fields on the form are not completed, your registration request cannot be processed.
3. Who are the recipients of your data?
Your data is transmitted to the departments responsible for the Website within Decathlon Cycling Team and its subcontractors involved in achieving the stated purposes (hosting: OVH; development/graphic design: KBLB).
4. How long do we keep your data?
Data is retained for two years from the last contact with you. Data used for prospecting and commercial information purposes is retained for a maximum of two years after the last contact with our services.
