«Supporting NewGen runners in a long-term project»
«The development and performance strategy implemented by the WorldTour team is applied and adapted, at NewGen level, to the Continental and Junior teams. In line with our partners» commitments, our goal is to support NewGen riders in a long-term project aimed at reaching the highest international level. We have therefore strengthened the structure and coaching so that our young riders can maximise their potential. The 2025 DECATHLON AG2R LA MONDIALE Development Team, made up of twelve riders of seven different nationalities, has been built in line with our sporting ambitions for the coming seasons: to perform well in stage races, which are part of the team's DNA, but also in the classics, as demonstrated by Antoine L'Hote's victory in Paris-Tours Espoirs this season.»
