Dorian Godon: «Working for Ben O'Connor has made us better»
«It's not a victory, but I'm happy with the result. It's my second podium finish in the UCI World Tour. It was a long day, but not a very difficult one. We were active at the start of the stage to get into the breakaway, but it was complicated with the headwind.
The last few kilometres were winding, so I wanted to get involved in the final sprint. I have no regrets, I couldn't have done any better.
The sensations are getting better every day. Yesterday, when we worked to defend Ben (O'Connor)'s leader's jersey, was a sublime experience.
The last two stages suit me well and I hope to do even better. Winning the UCI World Tour is my goal this year.
We will also do everything we can to ensure that Ben finishes as high as possible in the overall standings on Sunday evening.

Oliver Naesen finishes 21st in the E3 Saxo Bank Classic.
«It was impossible to keep up with the top fifteen today. There are days when your legs just won't respond. We'll have to pick ourselves up and show a different side on Sunday at Gent-Wevelgem. The team is good, and it's important to bounce back for the rest of the Flemish campaign,» said Julien Jurdie, sporting director of the AG2R CITROËN team.
