BENOIT COSNEFROY: «A huge collective»

«We had a great day together. Pierre Latour sacrificed himself very early on to ride. In the final, Alexis Gougeard really carried me along. It was great. Everyone worked really well. I didn't see the breakaway at the end of the race and I tried my best to manage my effort. I'm very happy to win for the second time this season. I recently discovered altitude training with the team. I think I've recovered well, but I didn't feel great, so winning today is the main thing! I hope we can continue this momentum tomorrow at the Boucles de l'Aulne.» In the overall French Cup standings, Benoît Cosnefroy is third with 100 points.
We are in second place in the team rankings with 71 points.
